Premier is family owned and operated by founder and president Don Doxsee, who remains intimately involved in day-to-day operations. Mr. Doxsee started Premier over 20 years ago, after many years of experience within the turf industry. After becoming increasingly discouraged by the direction that typical Management businesses were taking, Mr. Doxsee set out to establish a new company - one founded on a unique philosophy.
